These Rental Terms set out the conditions for using the ski, snowboard, boots, helmet, goggles, gloves, and related rental services provided by Rental Shop Yoshi (“the Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
Customers who wish to rent equipment should provide the rental date, rental period, rental items, sizes, pickup method, and other required details through online booking or another method designated by the Shop. Booking details may need to be adjusted depending on stock availability and conditions on the day.
2. Fees and Discounts
- Online bookings receive 10% off the regular rental price.
- From April 1 until the end of the season, a 20% discount applies.
- The final price, discount eligibility, and whether discounts can be combined will follow the booking screen or the guidance provided by the Shop.
- Additional fees, option fees, and extension fees may apply.
3. Fitting and Pickup
You may choose the day before your rental starts as your fitting day. You may visit the shop, or pickup from accommodation in the Hirafu area may be available. Pickup service may not be available depending on booking status, weather, road conditions, and other circumstances.
4. Changes and Exchanges During Rental
If the size or fit is not suitable, items may be exchanged within the same grade and category depending on stock availability. If you request an upgrade or category change, the price difference or an additional fee may apply.
5. Returns
Please return rental items to the shop by the return date and time set at the time of booking. After returning your gear, drop-off to accommodation in the Hirafu area may be available. Late returns may incur extension fees.
6. Damage and Loss
If rental items are damaged beyond normal use, lost, stolen, or seriously soiled, you may be charged repair costs, replacement costs, or related business losses. If you notice any issue with rental items, stop using them and contact the Shop promptly.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the rental start date.
- Up to 7 days before: free cancellation
- 6 to 3 days before: 50% of the booking fee
- 2 days before to the day before: 80% of the booking fee
- Same-day cancellation: 100% of the booking fee
No-shows and same-day non-arrivals are treated as same-day cancellations.
8. Important Notes
- Subleasing, transferring, selling, or modifying rental items is prohibited.
- For safety, please use equipment within a reasonable range based on your ability, physical condition, weather, and slope conditions.
- Weather, natural disasters, traffic disruption, lift closures, and other circumstances outside the Shop’s control may prevent us from providing the requested service.
9. Personal Information
Personal information collected through bookings and inquiries will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

本規約は、Rental Shop Yoshi（以下「当店」といいます）が提供するスキー、スノーボード、ブーツ、ヘルメット、ゴーグル、グローブその他関連用品のレンタルサービスをご利用いただく際の条件を定めるものです。ご予約またはご利用をもって、本規約に同意いただいたものとします。
1. ご予約について
レンタルをご希望のお客様は、WEB予約または当店が指定する方法により、利用日、利用期間、レンタル品、サイズ、受取方法等をお知らせください。ご予約内容は、在庫状況や当日のコンディションにより調整をご相談する場合があります。
2. 料金・割引について
- WEB予約の場合、通常料金より10%割引となります。
- 4月1日以降からシーズン終了までは、20%割引となります。
- 割引の対象範囲、併用可否、最終金額は、予約画面の表示または当店からの案内を優先します。
- 追加料金、オプション料金、延長料金等が発生する場合があります。
3. フィッティング・受取について
レンタル開始日の前日をフィッティング日に選択できます。店舗へご来店いただくほか、ひらふエリアの宿泊先からのピックアップサービスをご利用いただける場合があります。送迎は予約状況、天候、道路状況等により対応できない場合があります。
4. ご利用中の変更・交換について
サイズやフィット感が合わない場合、在庫状況に応じて同等グレード・同カテゴリ内で交換できます。グレードアップやカテゴリ変更を希望される場合は、差額または追加料金が発生する場合があります。
5. 返却について
レンタル品は、ご予約時に定めた返却日・返却時間までに店舗へご返却ください。返却後、ひらふエリアの宿泊先までお送りできる場合があります。返却が遅れた場合、延長料金が発生する場合があります。
6. 破損・紛失について
通常使用の範囲を超える破損、紛失、盗難、重大な汚損があった場合、修理費、再購入費、営業上の損害等をご負担いただく場合があります。レンタル品に異常がある場合は、使用を中止し、速やかに当店へご連絡ください。
7. キャンセルポリシー
キャンセル料は、レンタル開始日を基準として以下の通り申し受けます。
- 7日前まで：無料
- 6日前〜3日前：ご予約料金の50%
- 2日前〜前日：ご予約料金の80%
- 当日キャンセル：ご予約料金の100%
無断キャンセル、当日のご来店がない場合も、当日キャンセルと同様に取り扱います。
8. ご利用上の注意
- レンタル品の第三者への転貸、譲渡、売却、改造は禁止します。
- 安全のため、ご自身のレベルや体調、天候、ゲレンデ状況に合わせて無理のない範囲でご利用ください。
- 天候、災害、交通障害、リフト運休その他当店の責めに帰さない事情により、ご希望通りのサービスを提供できない場合があります。
9. 個人情報の取り扱い
ご予約・お問い合わせに伴い取得した個人情報は、当店のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。

本租借條款規定使用 Rental Shop Yoshi（以下稱「本店」、「我們」）提供之雙板滑雪、單板滑雪、雪靴、安全帽、雪鏡、手套及其他相關用品租借服務時的條件。完成預訂或使用本服務，即表示您同意本條款。
1. 預訂
希望租借用品的客戶，請透過線上預訂或本店指定方式，提供使用日期、租借期間、租借用品、尺寸、取件方式等必要資訊。預訂內容可能會依庫存情況或當日狀況進行調整。
2. 費用與折扣
- 線上預訂可享一般租借價格 10% 折扣。
- 自4月1日起至雪季結束，適用 20% 折扣。
- 折扣適用範圍、是否可合併使用及最終金額，以預訂畫面或本店提供之說明為準。
- 可能另行產生追加費用、選項費用或延長費用。
3. 試穿與取件
您可以選擇租借開始日前一天作為試穿日。可自行到店，也可能提供 Hirafu 區域住宿地點接送服務。接送服務可能因預訂情況、天候、道路狀況等原因而無法提供。
4. 租借期間的變更與更換
若尺寸或穿著感不合適，可依庫存情況在同等級、同類別內更換。若希望升級或變更類別，可能需支付差額或追加費用。
5. 歸還
請於預訂時指定的歸還日期與時間前，將租借用品歸還至店鋪。歸還後，可能提供送回 Hirafu 區域住宿地點的服務。逾期歸還可能產生延長費用。
6. 破損與遺失
如租借用品發生超出正常使用範圍的破損、遺失、失竊或嚴重污損，客戶可能需負擔修理費、重購費或相關營業損失。若發現租借用品有異常，請停止使用並儘速聯絡本店。
7. 取消政策
取消費用將以租借開始日為基準計算。
- 7天前以前：免費取消
- 6天前至3天前：預訂費用的50%
- 2天前至前一天：預訂費用的80%
- 當日取消：預訂費用的100%
未通知取消或當日未到店，亦視為當日取消處理。
8. 使用注意事項
- 禁止將租借用品轉租、轉讓、出售或改造。
- 為了安全，請依照自身程度、身體狀況、天候及雪道狀況，在合理範圍內使用。
- 因天候、災害、交通障礙、纜車停駛或其他非本店可歸責事由，可能無法依希望內容提供服務。
9. 個人資訊處理
因預訂與洽詢所取得的個人資訊，將依照本店的隱私權政策處理。
